Janesville resident 31 year old Jordan Michael Riggs is facing charges including strangulation and suffocation, battery, and disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred on March 25. On March 28 a $500 bond was set, and he was ordered to have no contact with an involved victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He has an upcoming court appearance on April 18 at 8:45 a.m.
