Janesville Man Facing 4th Offense OWI

Janesville resident 33 year old Daniel Miller is facing a charge of 4th offense OWI after an incident that occurred on December 31, 2021. The complaint was officially filed on January 31. On February 3 a bond of $1 thousand was set, and he cannot operate a motor vehicle during pendency of the case and must maintain absolute sobriety. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 17 at 10 a.m.
