A Janesville man has been arrested for his 5th offense OWI. Janesville Police say 42-year-old Shayne Burdick of Janesville was stopped around 6 PM Tuesday night and charged with 5th offense OWI, along with failure to install an ignition interlock device and operating while revoked. Burdick is being held at the Rock County Jail.
