Janesville City Manager Gives Update on Pay it Forward Grant Applications

At the Monday evening Janesville City Council meeting, City Manager Mark Freitag discussed the Pay it Forward Grant Application submissions that were received. The submission period ended on Monday at 4:30 p.m. The city received 55 applications; totaling about $17.6 million in requests for funding. The average amount requested per application was about $320 thousand. More information on the Pay it Forward Grants will be given as it becomes available.
