According to a press release from the Irvin L. Young Library in Whitewater, they have received a $3 thousand grant from the American Library Association. The grant will help the library to work with students to improve services for tweens and teens. The library was selected as one of 300 libraries to participate, and through the grant staff will take an online course in how to lead conversations, and they will host a conversation with students at the middle school on Wednesday, October 13 at the Middle School library to collect information on how the library can improve services with that particular age group.
