Iowa Man Charged with 4th Offense OWI in Lake Geneva

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on November 26 just before noon, officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Edwards Blvd. for a keep the peace after an altercation. Upon arrival, officers found that one of the subjects involved had left and may have been intoxicated. A short time later, the vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver, 39 year old Tyler Lloyd Hershberger from Wellman, Iowa, was ultimately taken into custody and a charge of 4th offense OWI was referred up to the Walworth County District Attorney's office. Hershberger was subsequently confined in the Walworth County Jail for the charge.
