Holmes St. in Janesville Closure

According to a post from the City of Janesville, W. Holmes St. between Linn St. and S. Locus St. is closed to through traffic, and will remain closed for about one week for a contractor to replace a water main. During the closure, local access to driveways will generally be maintained.
