Helenville Man Facing Drug Charges in Jefferson County Court

Helenville resident 38 year old Timothy Gallitz is facing charges in Jefferson County Court including possession with intent to deliver amphetamine, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on May 28 of 2021. The complaint was officially filed on January 3. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 21 at 8:30 a.m.
