According to a press release from the Green County Sheriff’s Office, on Saturday at about 9:30 p.m. deputies responded to the intersection of State Highway 11 and Balls Mill Rd. in the Town of Sylvester, for a report of a vehicle in a ditch. The driver, 27 year old Janesville resident Luis Fernando Monzon Aceituno was arrested for his first offense OWI and was cited for operating without a valid license and failure to keep the vehicle under control. Monzon Aceituno was released to a responsible party, and his vehicle was towed from the scene.
