Genoa City resident 34 year old Michael Thomas Kinder is facing charges of possession/use of marijuana, and refusing to take a test for intoxication after an incident that occurred on December 15 and 16. For the possession/use of marijuana incident, there is a bond amount of $691. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 2 at 3 p.m. in Walworth County Court.
