According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on April 16 at about 12:15 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Andria Dr. at Townline Rd. The driver, 23 year old Genoa City resident Anthony Enrique Gagliani, was issued citations for 2nd offense OWI and operating left of center. Additionally, a charge of carrying a concealed weapon was referred up to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office. Gagliani was released to a responsible party.
