Fort Atkinson Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Mistreatment of Animal Causing Death

49 year old Tammy Flemming from Fort Atkinson pleaded not guilty yesterday in Jefferson County Court to the charge of mistreatment of an animal causing death. The charge came after an incident that occurred in September of 2020. There will be a final status conference on February 22 with in person appearances, and a one day Jury Trial will be held on February 28.
