Fort Atkinson resident 28 year old Eduardo E. Granado is facing charges including strangulation and suffocation, battery, disorderly conduct, and misdemeanor bail jumping after an incident that occurred on February 27. The case was officially filed on March 16. On February 28 a bond of $2 thousand was set, and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol. He is also not to enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores. Granado is not to contact an involved victim, and must avoid their residence, place of employment, or anywhere else they may be located. He has an upcoming court appearance on April 25 at 2 p.m.
