New Lenox, Illinois resident 29 year old Brandon Louder is facing charges in Rock County Court including domestic abuse for strangulation and suffocation, operating a firearm while intoxicated, intentionally pointing a firearm at a person, and disorderly conduct for use of a dangerous weapon and domestic abuse after an incident that occurred on January 26. Louder was living in Janesville at the time of the incident and has since moved to New Lenox. On January 27, a bond of $3 thousand was set and he is to have no contact with two involved victims, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He must maintain absolute sobriety, and is not to possess any weapons or firearms. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 9 at 1 p.m.
