Five Beloit Firefighters Receive Stork Pins

According to an update from the City of Beloit Fire Department, Firefighter/Paramedics Nick Miller, Alex Franseen, Storm LaDue, Nick Schmit, and Lieutenant Jessica Flanagan have earned their stork pin after successfully delivering a baby. All five firefighters responded to a woman in labor on March 26. The baby was born in the ambulance in the ambulance bay of the hospital. The mother and baby were immediately taken into the emergency room for follow up care.
