Final Suspect in August 21 Beloit Shooting Faces Charges

The final suspect in the August 21 shooting in Beloit, 22 year old Garrett X Rocha, has been charged with 3 counts of first degree homicide as party to a crime and repeater. He is also charged with possession of a firearm by an out of state felon, and possession of cocaine. On Monday, a cash bond of $50 thousand was set, and he is to have no contact with co-defendants. He is also not to contact directly or indirectly three others involved in the case at their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or otherwise. His next court appearance is scheduled for October 14 at 9:15 a.m.
