Evansville resident 27 year old Nicholas James Kostman is facing 3 charges of possession of child pornography after an incident that occurred on May 5 of 2020. The case was officially filed in court last week. Yesterday he was ordered to not use any device accessible to the internet, except for purpose of contact with the court and contact with his attorney. Kostman has an upcoming court appearance on August 1 at 10 a.m.
