Elkhorn resident 35 year old Nicole Honse is facing charges including 4th offense OWI, operating with a restricted controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping after an incident that occurred on March 5 of 2021. The case was officially filed on February 15. She has an upcoming court appearance on March 7 at 8:30 a.m.
