Elkhorn Man Facing OWI Charge

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on February 13 at about 1:30 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Broad St. and Geneva St. The driver, 24 year old Elkhorn resident Chad Bevan, was issued a citation for first offense OWI. He was released to a responsible party.
