Elkhorn resident 53 year old Kevin Lonergan is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, and operating while revoked after an incident that occurred on December 31. On January 24, he pleaded not guilty to all the charges. On January 3, a bond of $10 thousand was set, and he was ordered to not possess or consume alcohol, or go into any bars, taverns, or liquor stores. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 28 at 8:30 a.m.
