Elkhorn resident 32 year old Mark M. Hartwick is facing charges of disorderly conduct, felony bail jumping, and domestic abuse after an incident that occurred on January 13. On January 14, a $5 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered to not possess or consume alcohol. He will also not possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. He is not to contact an additional involved victim and must avoid their residence and place of employment. Then on January 25, the bond amount was raised to $10 thousand. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 21 at 2 p.m.
