Elkhorn resident 39 year old Matthew J. Gribben is facing charges including four counts of 1st degree child sexual assault for sexual contact or sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 13, and two counts of exposing a child to harmful material after incidents ranging from 2018-2022. The case was officially filed last week. On June 29, a $150 thousand bond was set and he was ordered to not contact 4 involved victims and he must also avoid their residence, place of employment, or anyplace else they are located. He also cannot have any contact with minors other than incidental, and he cannot be employed with any company that involves children in any way. He has an upcoming court appearance tomorrow at 1:15 p.m.
