Elkhorn resident 26 year old Daniel J. Vinge is facing a charge of second offense OWI after an incident that occurred on December 19 of 2021. The case was officially filed on February 23. On January 20 a bond amount of 1,100 was set, and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol. He has an upcoming court appearance on March 2 at 8:30 a.m.
