Elkhorn Man Arrested for 4th Offense OWI

According to a press release from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, on Saturday at about 10 p.m. in Juneau County on I-90/94 eastbound at the 84 mile marker, 34 year old Elkhorn resident Devontee Tremaine Works was arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post for 4th offense OWI. He was also charged with operating after revocation, failure to install an ignition interlock device, possession of THC, possession of paraphernalia, and a warrant through Walworth County for ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install.
