Elkhorn Common Council Meeting Recap

On Monday night, the Common Council of the City of Elkhorn held a meeting at City Hall. The meeting opened with reports from the Mayor and City Administrator, the went into reports from Liaison Committee meetings. At this time, Katie James, the new director of the library board, introduced herself to the Council. Moving into new business, the Council was given an update on the search for a new utility field office coordinator. The hiring process is underway, with a new coordinator possibly starting on August 30. Following the update, the Council adjourned into closed session.
