According to the Lake Geneva Police Department, last week on Thursday officers were dispatched to the 300 block of N. Edwards Blvd. to take a report of a suspicious subscription. After investigating, the officer referred a charges up to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office on 30 year old Valerie A. Kehl from East Troy, for attempt to obtain prescription drugs with fraudulent documents, unauthorized prescription renewal, forgery and acquire or obtain prescription of a controlled substance by fraud/forgery.
