Dodge and Jefferson Counties Looking for Feedback Regarding Public Health

According to an update from the City of Watertown, local health organizations in Dodge and Jefferson Counties, including the Watertown Department of Public Health, Jefferson County Health Department, Dodge County Human Services and Health Department, and Greater Watertown Community Health Foundation are seeking input from community members to better health for the community by completing a Community Health Assessment. This assessment will be used as a tool to prioritize significant health needs and to create a Community Health Improvement Plan.
