Delavan Woman Facing Charges Including Manufacture with Intent to Deliver Heroine

Delavan resident 40 year old Dominique L. Hollins is facing charges including manufacture with intent to deliver heroine, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia after incidents which occurred between July 18-29. The case was officially filed last week. On August 1, a $5 thousand bond was set, and she was ordered not to possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. She also cannot contact or attempt to contact an involved victim and will avoid their residence/place of employment or any place they are located.
