Delavan Woman Facing Charge of 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety

Delavan resident 43 year old Nivia Hernandez is facing a charge of second degree recklessly endangering safety after an incident that occurred on September 7 of 2004. The complaint was officially filed this week on Wednesday. More information will be given as it becomes available.
