Delavan resident 25 year old Emma E. Crement is facing charges of 2nd offense OWI and operating while revoked after an incident that occurred on March 1. The case was officially filed this month. She failed to appear for her initial appearance in court on April 4, and on April 6 a warrant for her arrest was issued. More information on this story will be given as it becomes available.
