Delavan Man Facing Charges Including Resisting or Obstructing an Officer

Delavan resident 23 year old Javon A. Charo is facing charges including possession with intent to deliver THC, misdemeanor bail jumping, felony bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting or obstructing an officer after an incident that occurred on June 30. The case was officially filed last week. On July 1, a $12 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol, and he cannot enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores. He also cannot possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. Charo cannot contact his co-actor, 22 year old Delavan resident Tyler Freund. Charo has an upcoming court appearance on August 1 at 1:15 p.m.
