Delavan resident 27 year old Dion A. Miranda is facing a charge of felon in possession of a firearm after an incident that occurred on March 29. The case was officially filed in mid-April. On March 30, a $3 thousand bond was set, but on April 21 it was raised to $5 thousand. He was ordered not to possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons.
