Delavan resident 30 year old Justin Wilkins is facing charges including 2nd offense OWI, operating while revoked, and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order after an incident that occurred on February 12. On February 15 a $10 thousand cash bond was set, and he is not to possess or consume alcohol. He also must not enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores. He has an upcoming court appearance on March 1 at 1:15 p.m.
