David Gempler Promoted to Patrol Captain on Whitewater Police Department

According to an update from the Whitewater Police Department, yesterday the Police and Fire Commission formally approved the promotion of David Gempler from Lieutenant to Patrol Captain. Gempler has served the community as a sworn officer since 1993, and as a first-line supervisor for 20 years.
