Sophie Mulloy Dittrich, the 19 year old daughter of 38th Assembly District Representative Barbara Dittrich, pleaded guilty on Monday to charges of possession with intent to deliver psilocin and carrying a concealed weapon. This charge, along with charges of possession with intent to deliver THC, disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon, and possession of drug paraphernalia occurred after an incident that happened in December of 2020. These other charges were dismissed and read in. She has a sentencing hearing on May 23 at 3 p.m.
