Darien resident 29 year old Vicente Gonzalez is facing charges including exposing genitals, pubic area, or intimate parts to a child, 1st degree child sex assault for sexual contact or sexual intercourse with a person under age 13, 1st degree child sexual assault for intercourse with a person under 12, and three counts of child sexual exploitation after an incident that occurred on August 10. The case was officially filed last week. On September 12, a $25 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered to have no unsupervised contact with any minor, and no access to the internet. He cannot leave the state of Wisconsin. Gonzalez cannot contact an involved victim, the mother of the victim, or the victims residence. Gonzalez has an upcoming court appearance on October 3 at 3 p.m.
