According to the City of Janesville, S. Crosby Ave. from Nicolet St. to W. Conde St. is closed to through traffic for street reconstruction, and will remain closed for about 6 weeks. During this time, contractors will reconstruct the street's pavement and replace curb and gutter as part of the city’s annual street rehabilitation program.
