Clinton Man Charged With Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide

According to an update from the West Allis Police Department, Jose J. Gaeta Huerta from Clinton has been charged with one count of attempted first degree intentional homicide after a stabbing incident that occurred on March 2. Court records show that on March 12 a $75 thousand bond was set, and the court has ordered him to maintain absolute sobriety and he is not to possess dangerous weapons or firearms. He must also not contact three involved individuals. Gaeta Huerta has an upcoming court appearance tomorrow at 1:30 p.m.
