According to an update from the Clinton Community School District, staff recently participated in a Staff Climate Survey regarding their thoughts on the district’s initiatives, collaboration, work conditions, and overall climate. Information attained from the survey is being used by district leaders and the Board of Education to evaluate the level of satisfaction staff has with the district. A total of 126 staff members completed the survey. See the survey results in the document below:
