City of Milton to Undergo Hydrant Flushing

According to a post from the City of Milton WI Government, beginning the week of September 6, Milton Water Utility will flush all fire hydrants to ensure they are in good working order and to help flush sediment out of the distribution system. If you see water discoloration, let the faucet run for a few minutes and it will clear. Additionally, residents may want to hold off on laundry during this time due to water discoloration. If you have any questions on the project, call the Water Utility Office at (608) 868-6905.
