City of Janesville Receives $10 Thousand Matching Safety Grant

At the Janesville City Council meeting on Monday, City Manager Mark Frietag noted that the city received a $10 thousand matching safety grant from the city’s insurance company. The funds are being used to ensure safety of city staff; specifically to purchase necessary safety equipment to keep employees safe from harm.
