According to an update from the City of Janesville, next week certain locations within the city will see temporary water service interruptions while contractors complete work for the replacement of public side lead water services. Contractors will notify affected customers with a door hanger 24 hours before work starts. Water shutoffs are estimated to be less than four hours in length. Affected locations include:
Glen Street from Milton Avenue to North Garfield Avenue
North Garfield Avenue from East Memorial Drive to Sherman Avenue
Milton Avenue from Elida Street to East Memorial Drive
