According to an update from the City of Janesville, they have scheduled additional location for lead service line replacement for the week of October 18. These areas include:
-E. Centerway Avenue from North Parker Drive to Williams Street **
-Randall Avenue from East Holmes to Ruger Avenue*
Residents in these areas are expected to see temporary water service interruptions during the work, and the contractor will notify affected customers with a door hanger 24 hours in advance before the work is started.
* Open to local traffic only during the construction process and will resume normal traffic upon completion of the service replacements the day of operations.
** Road Will be Closed to through traffic during the construction process and will resume normal traffic upon completion of the service replacements and road surface restoration.
