During the Fort Atkinson City Council meeting on Tuesday, City Manager Rebecca Houseman LeMire Discussed that the city’s preliminary 2022 equalized values and net new construction numbers have been released from the Department of Revenue. Fort Atkinson’s preliminary net new construction number to be used in calculating the levy limit and expenditure restraint eligibility is .34%.
