According to an update from the City of Edgerton, the Common Council and Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on October 24 regarding the potential amendment to the City of Edgerton Comprehensive Plan by changing the land use designation from institutional and single family residential, to multifamily residential for approximately 14 acres of unplatted acreage located east of Lord Street and south of Orchard Heights Subdivision. Copies of the proposed amendment and maps are available at City Hall and at the library.
This hearing will be held at Edgerton City Hall at 12 Albion Street at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, October 24.
