The City of Burlington says that rehab of the downtown district has been ongoing during the summer. The rehab included repainting benches, trash cans and light poles. The city says the maintenance and upkeep of downtown is a year-long process and the painting was determined to be a summer activity. Pictures are posted to the City of Burlington Facebook page.
