City of Burlington Declared MS4 Storm Water Permitted Community

According to the recent newsletter from the City of Burlington, storm water management is starting to become a pressing issue within the city. The Department of Natural Resources has recognized Burlington as a MS4 storm water permitted community. This MS4 permit means Burlington will soon need to reduce polluted storm water runoff by implementing storm water management programs.
