City of Burlington Considering Addition of Storm Water Utility

According to a post from the City of Burlington, they are considering creating a Storm Water Utility. This would provide funding to perform storm water related infrastructure repairs, improvements, and stay compliant with state stormwater regulations. It would also generate revenue by assessing fees to property owners based on how much storm water runoff is generated by their property.
