According to an update from the City of Beloit, a proposal to modify the City of Beloit's zoning ordinance to allow the construction of small homes, tiny homes, or accessory dwelling units will include two public hearings for residents to provide feedback. The following public hearings will be held regarding the proposed ordinance:
City Plan Commission: Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard in The Forum, Beloit City Hall, 100 State Street.
City Council: Monday, August 15, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard in The Forum, Beloit City Hall, 100 State Street.
