According to an update from the City of Beloit WI Government, the City has received a 2022 Engineering Excellence Best of State award from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Wisconsin for the Beloit Powerhouse Riverwalk Project. Errin Welty, a judge for the award, said “This project addressed numerous hurdles to complete a missing link within a popular bike trail while complementing an impactful adjacent redevelopment project.
